Urgent Hiring: Shift Incharge / Supervisor
Company: Food Manufacturing Company
Locations: Kashipur & Rudrapur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily production activities during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor and enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
  • Manage and lead a team of workers, ensuring smooth shift transitions.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and records.

Experience Required: Relevant experience in any Food FMCG Company
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month
