Urgent hiring for the Operation Manager - Supply Chain 
Department - Food Industry only 
Experience in same sector only 
Salary - 50,000 to 60,000 per month
Location - Kashipur

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple operations departments including stores, procurement, dispatch, and ERP
- Ensure timely delivery of goods by collaborating with Production Manager for production and inventory
planning
- Implement and monitor SOPs to improve efficiency and productivity
- Generate KPIs and report regularly to Company Directors.
- Oversee existing ERP system and implement changes as per changing requirements
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing operations in food manufacturing companies
- Good hold on solving quality issues and other client issues
- Proven track record in handling planning and supply chain management
- Experience in managing inventory effectively
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
