Hiring: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Retail Sector
Location: Rudrapur

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting walk-in customers & providing product information

  • Handling customer queries (incoming & outgoing)

  • Managing mail enquiries & maintaining communication records

  • Supporting the sales team with daily follow-ups

  • Ensuring smooth customer service & resolving issues quickly

  • Maintaining a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good customer-handling abilities

  • Freshers & experienced both can apply

 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000+
