Urgent Hiring – HR Manager

Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

(Based on experience & expertise)

Experience Required:

Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Management

Strong background in recruitment, employee handling & compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding

• Employee grievance handling & team management

• HR policies, documentation & compliance

• Performance management & appraisal system

• Attendance, payroll coordination & HR reporting

• Training & development planning

• Maintaining employee discipline & organizational culture
