 WE ARE HIRING – PGT ACCOUNTANCY

 Location: Rudrapur
 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & expertise)
 Experience Required: Minimum 5–8 years in teaching Accountancy at Senior Secondary (Class XI & XII) level

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Accountancy for Classes 11 & 12, following CBSE curriculum.
Prepare and implement comprehensive lesson plans that encourage critical thinking and conceptual clarity.
Evaluate students’ progress through regular assessments, assignments, and examinations.
Guide students for board exams and help them develop a strong foundation in financial accounting and business studies concepts.
Maintain proper academic records, reports, and student performance data.
Participate actively in academic meetings, seminars, and staff development programs.
Contribute to the school’s academic environment by bringing innovation and enthusiasm to the classroom.

Candidate Requirements:
Postgraduate Degree in Commerce / Accountancy (M.Com or equivalent).
B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, business laws, and financial reporting.
Prior experience in reputed schools or institutions teaching senior secondary students.
