Urgent Hiring: Boiler Incharge – Kashipur Industrial Area

Position: Boiler Incharge

Location: Kashipur

Salary: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience)

Joining: Immediate preferred

Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Operations

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of all boiler systems and related utilities.

Maintain optimum steam generation parameters as per plant requirements.

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment.

Monitor boiler performance, fuel consumption, and pressure readings regularly.

Maintain accurate operational records, logbooks, and compliance documentation.

Ensure adherence to all statutory safety norms and pollution control guidelines.

Coordinate with plant maintenance, production, and safety teams to ensure uninterrupted utility operations.

Train and guide boiler operators and technicians for safe and efficient working practices.

Participate in energy-saving initiatives and efficiency improvement projects.

Qualification & Experience:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Thermal Engineering or related field.

Certification: Valid Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) License or First-Class Boiler Attendant Certificate (mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in operating, maintaining, and supervising high-pressure boilers in a large industrial setup.

In-depth knowledge of IBR regulations, safety procedures, and modern boiler control systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
