Position: OT (Operation Theatre) Assistant

Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & qualification)

Key Responsibilities

Assist doctors and nurses during surgical and minor procedures.

Prepare the operation theatre before and after each procedure.

Sterilize surgical instruments and maintain a hygienic environment.

Handle and arrange surgical equipment properly.

Ensure availability of necessary tools and materials for each surgery.

Maintain patient records and follow hospital protocols diligently.

Qualification & Skills

Diploma / Certificate in OT Technician or relevant medical field.

Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setup preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work in shifts if required.
