Position: Canteen Supervisor

Location: Pantnagar, Uttarakhand

Salary: Negotiable (Fixed Pay + PF + ESI)

Accommodation: Provided for outstation candidates

 Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily canteen operations including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.

Manage canteen staff schedules, attendance, and discipline.

Ensure hygiene and food safety standards as per company policy.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and timely procurement of supplies.

Maintain records of daily consumption, expenses, and reports.

Coordinate with vendors and management for smooth functioning.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality regulations.

Requirements

Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in canteen, mess, or cafeteria management.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Knowledge of hygiene standards, stock control, and cost management.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
