Position: Student Counsellor
Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 - 50,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for motivated and empathetic counsellors who can guide students through the entire process of studying abroad — from choosing the right university and course to visa documentation and post-arrival support.
As a counsellor, you’ll play a key role in helping students and parents make informed decisions about overseas education opportunities in countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and more.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about international study options, universities, and programs.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries efficiently.
Guide students through the complete admission process, including applications and documentation.
Maintain updated knowledge of university admissions policies, procedures, and eligibility requirements.
Achieve monthly enrolment targets and maintain high conversion ratios.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.
Participate in seminars, events, and education fairs as required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education, Management, or related field preferred).
1–3 years of experience in counselling, education consulting, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, positive, and student-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
