About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Commerce, Economics, and Business Management concepts, along with excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Business Studies to senior secondary (Class XI & XII) students following the prescribed CBSE curriculum.

Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and creative activities to make learning engaging.

Conduct assessments, maintain academic records, and track student progress.

Encourage critical thinking, case study analysis, and real-world application of business concepts.

Participate in academic meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events.

Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive classroom environment.

Candidate Requirements

Must hold B.Com / M.Com degree (Business or Commerce background preferred).

B.Ed qualification is mandatory or must be in progress.

Strong subject knowledge and command over English.

Good presentation and communication skills.

Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
