Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in improving customer experience by providing valuable insights to management.
Follow up with clients to ensure services/products meet their expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
