Job Opening: Experienced Electrician – Manufacturing Industry (Kashipur, Uttarakhand)

About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and skilled Electricians to join our growing manufacturing unit in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial wiring, control panels, and machine maintenance in a production environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all electrical equipment, diagnosing faults, and maintaining safety standards throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the plant.
Conduct regular inspections to identify electrical issues and ensure preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot breakdowns, diagnose malfunctioning systems, and replace defective parts as needed.
Maintain and update all electrical maintenance logs and documentation.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and industrial safety practices.
Support production teams to minimize machine downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Handle electrical control panels, motors, drives (VFDs), and PLC-based systems.
Assist in planning and implementing electrical projects or upgrades within the factory premises.

Desired Candidate Profile:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
8–12 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing setup.
Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control circuits.
Should be capable of working independently and handling electrical breakdowns promptly.
Familiarity with PLC systems, LT/HT panels, and industrial automation is an added advantage.
Physically fit, disciplined, and committed to workplace safety and operational efficiency.
