We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Location: Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily back-office operations, ensuring smooth documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
Handle emails, correspondence, and administrative paperwork efficiently.
Prepare, verify, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Support senior management with scheduling, follow-ups, and office organization.
Assist in accounting and billing support, purchase orders, and vendor coordination (if required).
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data accuracy.
Ensure overall operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Back Office / Administrative role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Good analytical, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field preferred.
Experience in handling data entry, documentation, and coordination work.
