Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate and experienced Area Sales Managers to lead our business operations and drive growth in the Fintech / Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales, channel management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales in the assigned region (Kumaon / Garhwal).

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

Ensure effective market coverage and brand visibility.

Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market feedback.

Requirements:

Experience: 5–10 years in Telecom or Fintech industry.

Strong network and understanding of local markets (Kumaon / Garhwal).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Salary Range: ₹6 – 8 LPA (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
