Profile : SALES & MARKETING HEAD

Location: Rudrapur & Bareilly

Salary: ₹30,000/month + Lucrative Incentives

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

About the Role:

Are you a driven and energetic sales professional looking to step into a leadership role? We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Head to join our dynamic team in Rudrapur and Bareilly. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, client interaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets

Identify new market opportunities and client segments

Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Execute offline and digital marketing campaigns

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Prepare reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery

Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings

Who Can Apply:

Graduate in any stream (BBA/B.Com/BA/B.Sc etc.)

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools preferred)

Own vehicle preferred (travel may be required within the region)
