About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to join our growing team in Moradabad. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling day-to-day office operations, administrative duties, and coordination tasks across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily office operations
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Assist in HR-related administrative tasks like attendance and leaves
Manage office supplies and inventory
Liaise with vendors and service providers
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required
Ensure overall cleanliness and proper functioning of the office
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Front Office Executive, or similar role
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (max 3 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
