Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience

About the Role:

As a Sales Professional (IT / School ERP), you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, helping schools and educational institutions streamline their operations through our comprehensive ERP solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals who:

Have a background in selling IT products or ERP solutions

Are confident communicators and negotiators

Can build strong client relationships in the education domain

Are proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels

Understand client requirements and demonstrate ERP solutions effectively

Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and decision-makers

Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of proven experience in IT / ERP Sales (School ERP preferred)

Strong understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship management

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience in education technology sales is a big plus

Must be open to field visits and client meetings

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
