 Position: Visa Counsellor / Trainer

 Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand

 Job Type: Full-Time

Experience:

Minimum 1 year preferred in student counselling, visa processing, or overseas education consulting

Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply

What We’re Looking For:

 A confident and articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills

 Ability to counsel students and parents regarding overseas education, course selection, universities, and visa processes

 Understanding of visa documentation and admission procedures (preferred but not mandatory)

 A go-getter attitude with the drive to help students navigate their international education journey

 Ability to conduct training sessions and guide students through interview preparation and documentation checks

 Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information about study abroad destinations, courses, universities, and the visa process

Counsel students regarding academic and career paths aligned with their goals

Guide students through documentation, application, and interview processes

Coordinate with admission departments and embassy personnel as needed

Conduct training workshops, pre-departure briefings, and orientation sessions

Maintain proper records and follow-up communication with students and parents
