Position: Loading Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Loading Supervisor to oversee and manage loading and dispatch operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise loading/unloading of goods and ensure timely dispatch

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams

Ensure proper handling of materials and adherence to safety protocols

Maintain daily dispatch records and loading logs

Monitor manpower and allocate tasks effectively

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in logistics/dispatch/loading operations

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure and in shifts

Basic computer knowledge preferred
