Position: Workshop Manager (Automobile)

Location: Moradabad

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in a Commercial Vehicle Dealership

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day workshop operations

Manage technician teams and ensure quality service delivery

Handle customer service and satisfaction

Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency

Ensure compliance with safety and service standards

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in managing an automobile workshop (Commercial Vehicles preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and service processes

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
