Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand

Position: Quality Supervisor (Paint Shop)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Relevant experience in paint shop quality processes preferred

Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure paint quality standards are maintained

Conduct in-process inspections and final quality checks

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for quality improvements

Identify root causes of defects and drive corrective actions

Maintain quality documentation and reports

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

2+ years of experience in paint shop quality (preferably automotive or manufacturing)

Strong knowledge of quality tools and inspection methods

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
