Location: Haldwani

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience)

Full-Time | Immediate Joining Preferred

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Service Head to lead our service department. If you have strong leadership skills and a background in service operations — this is your opportunity to make an impact!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily service operations and ensure customer satisfaction

Manage and guide the service team

Handle escalations and resolve client issues effectively

Monitor service KPIs and maintain performance standards

Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a service management role

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Good communication and team management abilities

Industry-relevant experience preferred (automobile, electronics, etc.)
