Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and security
Install, configure, and update software and hardware
Support internal teams with tech-related queries
Ensure minimal downtime and smooth IT operations

Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support or a related field
Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and common office software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
