WE'RE HIRING – SALES HEAD

Location: Haldwani & Rudrapur (Uttarakhand)

Industry: Retail – Electronics & Consumer Goods

Experience: Minimum 5 to 12 Years

Salary & Benefits: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Fixed)

Total earning potential: Up to ₹1,00,000/month

Eligibility:

Candidates with strong experience in retail sales

Preferred background: Electronics or similar product lines

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong knowledge of market trends, inventory planning, and customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead retail operations across multiple outlets

Build and manage a high-performing sales team

Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets

Improve customer satisfaction and store performance

Coordinate with marketing and procurement teams
