Hiring: Finishing House Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Finishing House Incharge to manage and oversee finishing operations at our site. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction finishing work and site supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise all finishing activities (plaster, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, etc.)

Ensure high-quality standards and timely completion of work

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers

Monitor material usage and minimize wastage

Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in finishing work supervision

Proven ability to handle high-end residential or commercial projects

Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques

Ability to lead a team and manage deadlines effectively
