We're Hiring: Plant Maintenance HOD

Location: Kashipur (Uttarakhand)

Experience: 10–15 Years

Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head of Plant Maintenance to lead our maintenance department and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all plant maintenance activities

Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules

Lead and guide a team of maintenance technicians

Coordinate with production for minimal downtime

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Candidate Profile:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Proven leadership in plant maintenance (preferably in manufacturing/industrial setup)

Strong problem-solving and team management skills
