 Senior Civil Engineer

 Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand
 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
 Experience Required: 3 – 5 years in civil engineering or construction project management

 Role Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer to lead and oversee critical infrastructure and building projects. You’ll manage planning, execution, quality control, and reporting—ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects end-to-end: planning, design coordination, on-site supervision, and quality assurance

• Lead teams of engineers, site supervisors, and contractors

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and monitor budgets

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes

• Coordinate with architects, clients, and regulatory authorities

• Monitor project progress, generate MIS reports, and troubleshoot site issues

• Mentor and guide junior engineers

 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• 3–5 years of experience in civil/construction engineering

• Proficiency in project management and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, MS Project)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and site supervision
