WE ARE HIRING – DIVISIONAL SALES HEAD (Field Sales)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (plus incentives)
Type: Full-Time | Field-Based Role

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Divisional Sales Head to lead and expand our sales operations across Haldwani and Rudrapur. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of building materials, modular kitchen fittings, dealer network handling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage dealer/distributor network in the assigned division

• Drive sales of building material & modular kitchen products

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct market analysis and competitor mapping

• Handle team of field executives (if any) and monitor their performance

• Generate leads, visit clients, architects, and project sites

• Ensure strong customer relationships and service quality

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in building materials/modular kitchen/hardware/plywood/fittings

• Strong dealer/distributor handling experience

• Excellent negotiation, communication & team management skills

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Must have own two-wheeler and willingness to travel regularly

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
