WE ARE HIRING – RETAIL MANAGER

Location: Sitarganj, Uttarakhand
Position: Retail Store Manager
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations

• Manage and train staff to meet daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with suppliers

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Handle billing, cash reports, and store documentation

• Schedule staff shifts and monitor performance

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and store standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum: 12th pass (Graduation preferred – BBA, B.Com, etc.)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail/FMCG sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead a team and manage targets

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, POS system)
