Urgent Hiring: Principal

Position: School Principal
Location: Ranikhet, Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience & qualifications)
Experience Required: 2–4 Years in a similar or leadership role
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school operations and academic planning

• Lead, guide, and evaluate teaching and support staff

• Ensure implementation of curriculum and discipline standards

• Maintain communication with parents, staff, and the management

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. (mandatory)

• 2–4 years of experience in a leadership or senior teaching position

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Strong understanding of school administration and curriculum planning
