 Job Responsibilities:
Conduct sessions on communication skills, body language, interview prep & grooming
Build student confidence through real-life simulations and group activities
Maintain session reports, feedback logs, and improvement tracking
Coordinate with placement & academic teams for skill-based workshops
Encourage interactive learning through presentations & group discussions

 Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
Passion for teaching, mentoring & youth training
Degree in any stream (B.A./B.Com./BBA etc.)
Fresher or experience in training/education/hospitality preferred
Smart personality, confident presence, and a positive attitude
