Jobs Description

Position: Site Supervisor

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)
Experience: 4 – 6 Years
Location: North India (Project-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site 

Key Responsibilities
 Monitor construction sites and eliminate safety risks
 Supervise workers and subcontractors on daily tasks
 Implement and enforce construction safety protocols
 Maintain detailed reports and attendance records
 Review technical drawings and blueprints
 Ensure work is completed on time and within quality standards
 Suggest improvements in workflow and safety measures
Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred)

Technical Skills:

 Strong command of safety regulations and site procedures

 Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings

 Efficient team management and problem-solving abilities

 Excellent communication and leadership skills
