Position: Design Engineer / Site Supervisor

Location: Rohru, Himanchal Pradesh 
Role Type: Full-Time | On-site
Experience: 3–5+ years preferred
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on experience and interview performance)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Key Responsibilities

 Create accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software

 Develop designs ensuring safety, environmental, and operational standards

 Support project management during both design and execution phases

 Supervise on-site work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards

 Conduct site assessments and assist in obtaining permits

 Coordinate across departments and with stakeholders for smooth project delivery

 Prepare project budgets, progress reports, and documentation

 Promote a strong safety culture on-site

Requirements

 Proficiency in CAD design tools

 Solid understanding of civil/structural engineering principles

 Familiarity with local regulations and building codes

 Strong communication and coordination skills

 Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
