Position: Construction Engineer

Location: Baroda 
Experience: 7–8 years in construction project management or engineering roles
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (commensurate with experience and industry standards)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Engineer to lead and manage construction activities in the Baroda region. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, cost control, and quality assurance across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee day-to-day construction operations on-site

 Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

 Monitor budgets and track project costs

 Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and safety regulations

 Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-ground issues

 Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports

 Address and resolve construction-related challenges proactively

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

 7–8 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering roles

 Sound understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project workflows

 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

 Familiarity with project management tools and regional construction regulations
