Position: Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead architectural planning and concept design
 Create detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and BOQs
 Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams
 Ensure adherence to safety codes and building regulations
 Supervise site execution and client presentations
 Integrate modern software tools into workflow

Required Skills:
  Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray (or similar)
  Strong project management and team leadership abilities
  Understanding of site-level coordination and execution
  Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (from a recognized institute)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred
Knowledge of local construction norms and materials
Fluent in English and Hindi
Willing to work full-time from Haldwani
