Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for a reputed textile company based in Rudrapur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing large-scale textile production operations, particularly in home furnishing and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee and manage the entire production process

 Ensure timely delivery and quality control

 Coordinate with design, sourcing, and QC teams

 Implement cost-effective production strategies

 Lead and supervise production teams on the shop floor

Requirements:

 10+ years of relevant experience in textile (Home Furnishing / Home Accessories)

 Strong leadership and organizational skills

 In-depth knowledge of textile production processes
