Hiring: HR Manager

Salary: Starting ₹30,000/month (No bar for experienced candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment, onboarding, and staffing management

Employee training, performance management, and development

Handling employee relations and workplace compliance

Policy implementation and adherence to labor laws

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master’s in HR or related field

Minimum 3 years of HR experience (hospitality preferred)

Knowledge of payroll management and labor laws

Strong leadership and communication skills
