Experience: Min. 3 years as a Jewellery Store Manager (Diamond & Gold experience required)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations & ensure customer satisfaction
Drive sales & customer service excellence
Manage inventory & coordinate with suppliers
Lead, train & mentor the sales team for peak performance
Maintain store aesthetics & visual merchandising
Handle financial reporting, compliance & security
