Hiring: Branch Manager – Retail Banking (AVP Grade)
Location: Across Delhi & Gurugram
CTC: ₹22 - 25 LPA + Incentives
Experience: Min. 6 years in Retail Banking (Min. 2 years as Branch Manager)
Education: Graduate/PG (MBA Preferred) from a reputed B-School
Key Responsibilities:
Drive branch business objectives & achieve sales targets
Generate revenue through CASA, Fee Income, Insurance, Mutual Funds & Loans
Lead, mentor & retain a high-performing sales team
Ensure regulatory compliance & branch administration
Manage P&L, productivity, and service standards
Job Requirements:
Min. 70-100 Cr CASA book size (current or previous)
Top 2 appraisal ratings in the last 2 years
Strong leadership, compliance & revenue growth expertise
