Vice Principal – Residential School

Residential School - Accomodation (Inside Campus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee academic and administrative functions of the residential school

• Implement curriculum, teaching strategies, and student development programs

• Manage hostel operations, ensuring a safe and structured environment for students

• Supervise and mentor teaching staff for improved academic outcomes

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and faculty

• Ensure compliance with CBSE/ICSE/State Board regulations and school policies

Requirements:

• Qualification: Master’s degree / B.ED or a relevant field

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in school administration (preferably in a residential school)

• Strong leadership, communication, and student management skills

• Experience in hostel and boarding school operations is a plus
