Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Development:
- Conduct personality development sessions covering communication, confidence building, body language, grooming, etiquette, and leadership skills.
- Design and implement customized training programs for employees/students based on their needs.
- Organize interactive activities, role plays, and practical exercises to enhance learning.
- Provide individual coaching for personal and professional growth.
2. Communication & Soft Skills Enhancement:
- Improve participants’ verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Train on active listening, public speaking, and effective presentation techniques.
- Help individuals develop assertiveness and confidence in professional settings.
3. Behavioral & Professional Grooming:
- Guide participants on corporate etiquette, dressing, and workplace behavior.
- Teach stress management, time management, and emotional intelligence techniques.
- Develop leadership and team collaboration skills.
4. Motivation & Positive Attitude Building:
- Inspire individuals to develop a growth mindset and overcome self-doubt.
- Conduct motivational sessions and personality transformation programs.
- Assist in goal-setting and self-improvement strategies.
5. Performance Evaluation & Feedback:
- Assess participants' progress through feedback sessions, observations, and assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare progress reports and suggest further training if required.
