Urgent hiring for the Assistant HR Manager in the Hospitality Sector
Location - Haridwar
Salary - 50,000 to 60k per month 
Fooding + Accomodation facility providing 
Experience - 2 to 5 years 
Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate / PGDHRM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in recruiting, screening, and hiring hotel staff across various departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
  • Handle onboarding formalities, including documentation, background verification, and induction programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee concerns and grievances while ensuring a positive workplace environment.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events to maintain motivation and job satisfaction.
  • Support in handling disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and termination procedures.

3. Training & Development:

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions for staff.
  • Maintain records of training programs and ensure compliance with hospitality standards.
  • Promote continuous learning and career development within the organization.

4. HR Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, payroll data, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in audits and regulatory inspections related to HR functions.

5. Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback collection, and review meetings.
  • Track employee performance and provide recommendations for promotions, rewards, or improvement plans.

6. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in processing payroll, attendance management, and handling employee benefits.
  • Ensure timely resolution of payroll discrepancies and employee queries.

7. HR Technology & Reporting:

  • Maintain HR systems and databases for efficient personnel management.
  • Generate reports on recruitment, employee turnover, training, and other HR metrics.
