Job Title: Accounts Manager
Location: Rudrapur, SIDCUL
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain & manage daily accounts, ledger entries, and financial records.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and other tax compliances are met on time.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
• Handle bank reconciliations, invoicing, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
• Implement cost control measures and financial best practices.
• Supervise junior accountants and ensure smooth operations of the accounts department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or CA (Inter) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Proficiency in Tally, GST, TDS, and other taxation laws.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle financial audits and regulatory compliance.
