URGENT HIRING: SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
Location: Khatima/Rudrapur
Salary: ₹1,50,000 - ₹1,80,000 per annum
Experience - Minimum 4 to 5 years experience
Requirements:
- Must have a vehicle
- Relevant experience as a Principal or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Principal or equivalent
- Strong educational background and leadership skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive academic excellence and innovation
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school
- Develop and implement academic policies and programs
- Supervise and evaluate teaching staff
- Coordinate with parents and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
