Hiring: Senior Production Executive – Food Manufacturing (Ready-to-Eat Products)

Location: Sonepat
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 4 to 8 years in production (Food Manufacturing Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage production activities in the ready-to-eat food segment
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
• Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI guidelines
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce wastage
• Maintain documentation for compliance and audits
• Train and supervise production staff for better workflow management

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in food manufacturing (Ready-to-Eat Products preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
• Experience in managing production teams and ensuring process efficiency
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle production challenges
