Urgent Hiring: General Manager – Plant Operations (Packaging Industry) 

Location: Rudrapur, Sidcul

Salary: ₹INR 3,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 per month
Experience: 15 to 20 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall plant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance
• Monitor plant performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
• Implement safety and environmental policies across the plant
• Drive innovation and technology upgrades for operational excellence

Requirements:

• 15 to 20 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in the packaging industry
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Expertise in production planning, process optimization, and quality control
• Experience in handling large teams and multiple departments
• Knowledge of compliance, safety, and industry regulations
