Hiring: Assistant Manager – Production (Rudrapur)

Location: Rudrapur
Salary: ₹INR 35,000  – ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor production targets and ensure timely delivery
• Implement quality control measures and maintain production standards
• Coordinate with different departments for efficient operations
• Train and manage the production team
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Ability to handle production planning and team coordination
