Job Title: Quality Control Executive – Food Manufacturing (Frozen Division)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Food Technology
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Quality Control (Freshers can also apply)
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in the frozen food manufacturing process.
- Conduct quality checks at different production stages, from raw material to final packaging.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and other food safety regulations.
- Perform lab testing and sensory evaluation of food products.
- Identify and report deviations from quality standards and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with production and packaging teams to ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Handle customer complaints related to quality and ensure resolution.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food testing methods and equipment.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.
