Job Title: Quality Control Executive – Food Manufacturing (Frozen Division)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Qualification:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Food Technology

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in Quality Control (Freshers can also apply)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain quality standards in the frozen food manufacturing process.
• Conduct quality checks at different production stages, from raw material to final packaging.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and other food safety regulations.
• Perform lab testing and sensory evaluation of food products.
• Identify and report deviations from quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
• Coordinate with production and packaging teams to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Handle customer complaints related to quality and ensure resolution.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food testing methods and equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.
