Job Title: Production Supervisor – Automobile Spare Parts Manufacturing

Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Ensure quality standards are met as per industry requirements.
• Monitor production output and implement process improvements.
• Manage a team of workers and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in automobile spare parts manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
