Urgent Hiring – CA Qualified Finance Manager

Location: Haridwar (SIDCUL)
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary: ₹17 LPA – ₹22 LPA

Job Role:

- Manage and oversee daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Supervise accounting transactions in compliance with GAAP and internal corporate governance policies.
- Lead month-end and year-end financial closures, including final Trial Balance review.
- Prepare monthly MIS financials, analyze cost and revenue variances, and report findings.
- Responsible for financial statements, controllership documents, and audit schedules.
- Coordinate with external auditors for year-end, internal, cost, and process audits.
- Monitor GST, TDS, and Income Tax return filings, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
- Prepare and finalize annual budgets, product cost sheets, and payback period calculations.
- Ensure vendor and customer agreements are optimized to prevent future disputes.

Required Traits:

- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in GAAP, budgeting, variance analysis, and legal compliance.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Excel, or other accounting software.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload effectively.
